This is absolutely the best place in Costa Rica, or even the world, to have dental work done. Picked me up and delivered me back and forth no driving. Cost (price) wise it is far more convenient than here in the US even after airfare to Costa Rica. Most clinics are staffed by general dentists, performing a wide variety of Her role is to assist patients through the patient process and coordinate patient visits to Goodness Dental. I referred my parents to come to Goodness Dental when I return in a few months for my final crowns. If for any reason your dental implant should fail, well replace it for freefor life! They look perfect, yet natural and I dont look like someone who had their teeth done. The front office staff was disorganized and that caused me some difficulty. I do not know why there are no reviews. They treat you the same way as a local dentist would even though they are in another country. They didnt suggest work for you that wasnt needed. They had great patience, knowledge, empathy and they created my new smile. The dentists and specialists are superb, and everyone is kind and friendly. I am returning in July and will know if improvements have been made regarding office coordination, communication etc. I feel like I have friends for life with those guys. After much research and reading reviews I went with Goodness Dental. I talked to other dentists at home and they could not touch the work nor the pricing of They care about every patient, and do everything they can to help them achieve a beautiful healthy smile.
